Ribeye Steak


Cut an inch and a quarter, each thick bone-in ribeye is rich in marbling and flavor. No need for any fancy ingredients with this one, we add a dash of salt and then sear it in the cast iron before finishing it in the oven to medium rare. Simple and delicious!
